Description
The Knightsbridge 12-gang grid faceplate provides a screwless smoked bronze cover plate for euro module inserts, designed for bespoke TV, data, HDMI, USB and telephone installations. The plate measures 208mm x 148mm and accepts up to 12 individual euro modules in a 3-row by 4-column grid configuration, allowing any combination of insert types to be mounted behind a single faceplate.
Designed for media walls, AV equipment racks, home office installations and smart home control panels, the 12-gang format provides enough capacity to consolidate multiple signal types without running separate faceplates across the wall. The screwless cover clips onto a separate metal sub-frame fixed to the back box, hiding all fixings once installed. A built-in gasket between the cover plate and sub-frame ensures a tight fit against the wall and prevents light bleed from recessed back boxes.
The smoked bronze finish is a dark metallic tone with a subtle bronze warmth, closer to gunmetal or aged brass than bright bronze. The premium-grade steel construction provides rigidity across the 208mm height without flexing when modules are inserted or removed. The faceplate carries a 25-year guarantee and an IP20 rating, suitable for dry indoor locations. Euro module inserts are sold separately and clip into the grid from the front once the sub-frame is wired and fixed.

Frequently Asked
What euro modules does this accept?
The faceplate accepts any standard euro module insert in the grid format, including HDMI, CAT6 data, USB, coaxial TV, phone, speaker terminals and blank modules. Modules are sold separately and clip into the grid apertures from the front once the sub-frame is installed.
What back box is needed?
A 47mm minimum depth back box is recommended for most euro module combinations. The exact depth depends on the type and number of modules being installed — data and HDMI modules require more depth than blanks or USB inserts.
How does the screwless cover attach?
The cover plate clips onto a separate metal sub-frame that screws to the back box. Once the sub-frame is wired and fixed, the smoked bronze cover clips over it, hiding all screws and fixings. The cover can be removed for redecorating and re-clipped without disturbing the wiring.
What other finishes are available in this grid range?
Knightsbridge produces this 12-gang grid faceplate in a range of finishes including polished chrome, brushed chrome, polished brass, matt black and white. Use the search function or filters to find other variants in stock at Niori.
