Our Sandrine deep plate sits halfway between a plate and a bowl: it is 22cm across and 5cm tall, with room for 900ml. It is made entirely of stoneware and finished in a reactive glaze, speckled grey across the well with a darker line at the rim. The edge is gently uneven rather than perfectly round, which gives the plate a relaxed, organic look on the table. Stoneware is dense and hard-wearing, a good choice for dishes in daily use.
