Description

This is a small stoneware plate, 15cm across and 2cm tall, finished in a soft pink glaze. A broad band of speckled glaze runs across its middle and shifts in tone as it meets the pink, so the plate reads a little like a watercolour wash. The surface is glossy, and the edge curves gently upward from a flat centre rather than rising into a deep rim.
