The QTX adaptor converts a 6.3mm (1/4-inch) stereo jack plug into a 3.5mm (mini-jack) socket, allowing consumer headphones and cables to connect to professional audio equipment. The adaptor accepts a 3.5mm plug on one end and terminates in a 6.3mm stereo jack plug on the other, maintaining stereo signal path throughout.

Designed for connecting consumer headphones to mixing desks, studio monitors, DJ controllers and guitar amps, the adaptor suits both home studio and live audio applications where the output is 6.3mm but the headphones or device cable is 3.5mm. The compact metal body adds minimal length to the cable run and the secure fit resists loosening during use.
