Description
The QTX mini LED par can packs twelve 1.5W RGB LEDs into a compact 115mm square black housing powered by an internal rechargeable lithium battery rated for up to 6 hours runtime. The fixture runs wirelessly during events, removing the need for mains cabling and allowing placement anywhere within a venue. Three control modes are available: auto sequencing through built-in colour programs, sound-activated response to music or ambient sound via an internal microphone, and manual colour selection via the included infrared remote.
Designed for mobile DJs, small function rooms, house parties and pop-up events where quick setup and portability matter more than high output or DMX integration. The 18W total power consumption and 260g weight make the fixture light enough to be held by a standard clamp on lighting stands, hung from truss using the integral bracket, or placed directly onto a floor or shelf as an uplight. The black housing recedes into darker backdrops and stage environments where visible hardware needs to be minimised.
The RGB colour mixing allows any shade within the visible spectrum to be generated by blending the red, green and blue LED arrays, though the 1.5W per-LED output means this is accent lighting rather than primary stage wash. The 115mm diameter gives a relatively narrow beam suitable for highlighting small areas, DJ booths, cake tables, or creating pools of colour on walls and floors. Battery recharge is via the included mains adapter with a 5V 3.6A rating, and the CR2025 cell for the remote is supplied in the box.

Frequently Asked
How long does the battery last on a full charge?
Battery runtime is approximately 6 hours depending on the colour program selected and the brightness level. Darker colours and slower sequences draw less power than bright whites and rapid colour changes. Recharge using the included 5V 3.6A mains adapter.
Can multiple fixtures be synchronised?
The QTX mini par can does not support DMX or wireless sync protocols. Each fixture runs independently based on its own control mode. For coordinated colour changes across multiple units, the remote can control several fixtures if they are all within IR line-of-sight range.
Is it suitable for outdoor events?
The fixture carries no IP rating and is designed for indoor use only. Exposure to rain, condensation or high humidity may damage the internal electronics and battery. For outdoor events under cover where moisture is controlled, the battery-powered design removes the mains cable trip hazard.
What's included in the box?
The box contains the par can fixture, mains charging adapter, infrared remote control with CR2025 battery fitted, and the product manual. No mounting bracket or clamp is included. These are sold separately if needed for rigging on stands or truss.
