Our Pixie lemon squeezer comes in two parts: a ribbed stoneware dome that sits in the top of a small jug with a handle and a pouring lip. You press half a lemon onto the ridges and twist, the juice gathers in the jug beneath, then you lift the dome away and pour. It is 11cm across and 13cm tall with a capacity of 350ml, a compact size that squeezes straight into something you can pour from, rather than over a bowl you then have to tip. Made of 100% stoneware, it weighs 0.49KG and feels solid in the hand as you press down.

It belongs in the kitchen, where fresh lemon goes into dressings, marinades, sauces and baking, and it is just as useful at the table.
