Our Pavone garden sofa is made of polyester and iron: a slim black frame of iron tube with cord woven across the back and both arms. The tube curves round at the front of each arm, and the cord is strung in fans, gathered and bound at the middle so every section pinches into a neat bow-tie shape. It measures 174cm long, 68cm wide and 72cm tall, with the arms at 72cm too, so the back and arms run at one height and wrap the seat like an open basket. A long seat cushion and two back cushions, filled with polyester, sit inside the frame.
