Description

The Olivia is a 50cm diameter crystal chandelier with five E14 candle bulbs housed behind a pleated grey gauze shade, suspended from a polished chrome canopy and chain. The chrome frame below the shade supports precision-cut Asfour crystals arranged in droplets and swags, which catch and scatter light when the bulbs are lit. The grey fabric shade diffuses the light and reduces direct glare from the bulbs while still allowing the crystal refraction to show through.

Designed for dining rooms, bedrooms and living rooms with ceiling heights of 2.5m or above, the Olivia works over a dining table or as a centrepiece in a seating area. The drop is adjustable between 690mm and 1530mm on installation, allowing the chandelier to be set to suit the room proportions. The five E14 bulbs (sold separately) sit in downward-facing lampholders, directing light towards the table surface or floor while the crystal droplets scatter reflected light across walls and ceiling.

The polished chrome finish provides a cooler metallic tone than brass or gold, pairing comfortably with greys, whites, and contemporary neutrals. The grey gauze shade is pleated in vertical folds that create soft texture when backlit. Asfour crystal is cut using precision optical techniques, producing sharper facets and clearer refraction than moulded glass alternatives. At 2.3kg the chandelier requires a ceiling rose capable of supporting this weight, and the chain conceals the cable run during installation.
