Description

A two-seat garden bench built entirely from iron slats. The back and the seat run as one continuous plane, raked back and curved through the middle, made up of narrow horizontal bars with an even gap between them. The frame is two curved legs that cross at the seat line and splay out to the floor, braced by a long rail down each side. The iron is powder coated and the surface is mottled warm brown, lighter where the coat runs thin over an edge and darker in the hollows.

It is 130cm across, which seats two, and 89cm from front to back, so it takes a fair depth of terrace or decking. It arrives flat in two parts and the two slot together to make the seat, with no screws and no bolts. The powder coating is a harder finish than paint, which is what lets it live outside.

It is iron throughout, slats and frame alike, and powder coated rather than painted. No cushion is included. It weighs 33.6kg. The Odee range also holds an outdoor coffee table in the same iron.
