Noma Round Wooden Coffee Table - Beige

Our Noma coffee table is a round, three-legged table, 60cm across and 50cm tall, with a beige top that draws the eye straight to its centre. The top is oak veneer over MDF, laid in a sunburst so the grain runs out from the middle in fine rays to a softly rounded edge. Beneath it stand three thick, cylindrical legs of rubberwood, set well in from the rim, which give the table a solid, grounded look, yet at 6KG it is easy to lift and move.

At 60cm across it suits a smaller living room or a snug, where a long coffee table would crowd the floor, and at 50cm tall it also sits neatly beside a sofa or armchair as a side table. In a bedroom it can stand in for a bedside table. Three legs stand steady on a floor that is not quite level, which helps on old boards or stone tiles. It takes a maximum load of 30KG, so a stack of books, a table lamp and a few potted plants rest on it comfortably.

It has a lacquered finish, which forms a smooth protective coat over the wood, and everyday care is simple: wipe it clean with a moist cloth.
