Noko Small Rattan Table Lamp - Natural

The Noko is a table lamp woven as a lantern: a barrel shaped body with a domed top and a bent rattan handle bound into the rim. Flat rattan is laid in horizontal rows around upright stakes with the rows left apart from one another, so the weave is open and the lampholder shows through it from outside. Lit, the light comes out in bands between the rows. It is 48cm tall and 30cm across.

It will stand on the floor beside a chair. At 48cm tall and 30cm across it will also take a console or a wide side table, provided the surface is deep enough for it. Nothing sits over the top, because the handle is bound into the rim and stands proud of it. It takes one E27 bulb up to 40W, the cord runs 2.5m, and it is rated IP20 for dry indoor rooms.

The lamp is rattan throughout, left its natural colour, woven over a frame of upright stakes. No bulb is included. The Noko range also runs to a smaller lamp at 25.5cm, a wall light, a flush ceiling light and three pendants.

Is a bulb included?

No. It takes one E27 bulb up to 40W.

Can it stand on the floor?

Yes. It stands on the floor beside a chair. The cord runs 2.5m from the base.

Does the light show through the weave?

Yes. The rows of rattan are laid apart rather than tight against one another, so the bulb is visible from outside and the light comes out in bands between them.

How big is the smaller Noko lamp?

25.5cm tall and 21cm across, against 48cm and 30cm for this one.

How do I clean it?

Unplug it, then take the dust off with a soft bristle brush. Marks come off with mild soap and water on a soft cloth. Let it dry fully before it goes back in the socket, and keep chemical cleaners off the rattan.
