Description

The Nardini is a two-tier chandelier with nine E14 bulb positions arranged across polished chrome arms wrapped in dark brown faux leather. Cut crystal cubes sit between each arm junction and below the central column, adding faceted reflections to the chrome and leather surfaces. The 650mm diameter spreads the light across a wide horizontal plane, suitable for rooms with ceiling heights of 2.7m or higher.

Designed for dining rooms, entrance halls and double-height living spaces, the Nardini combines the reflective qualities of chrome with the softer, textured finish of the faux leather wrapping on each arm. The two-tier arrangement places three arms on the upper tier and six on the lower tier, creating a stepped silhouette that works under central ceiling roses in rooms measuring 4m x 4m or larger. The adjustable drop ranges from 730mm to 1730mm, allowing the chandelier to be set at the correct height for the room during installation.

Each of the nine arms terminates in a chrome candle cup and transparent crystal drip tray below the E14 socket, giving the fitting a classical chandelier profile updated with the brown leather detail. The faux leather is stitched and wrapped around the metal arms rather than painted or textured, providing a tactile contrast to the polished chrome. The chandelier accepts any standard E14 bulbs up to 60W per socket (bulbs sold separately) and is fully dimmable when paired with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. At 6.4kg the fitting requires secure ceiling mounting to a joist or reinforced ceiling rose.

What bulbs does the Nardini take?

The chandelier has nine E14 (small Edison screw) sockets, each accepting bulbs up to 60W. Bulbs are sold separately. Most buyers pair this with warm-white LED candle bulbs around 4-6W and 2700K-3000K to mimic traditional chandelier lighting without the heat output of incandescent bulbs.

Is it dimmable?

Yes, when fitted with dimmable E14 bulbs and connected to a compatible dimmer switch. The chandelier itself does not contain dimming circuitry — dimming is controlled by the bulbs and wall switch.

What room size does it suit?

The 650mm diameter works in rooms measuring approximately 4m x 4m or larger. In smaller rooms the chandelier can dominate the space; in rooms significantly larger than 5m x 5m it may appear undersized unless paired with additional lighting.

How is the drop length adjusted?

The chain suspension allows the total drop to be set anywhere between 730mm and 1730mm during installation by shortening the visible chain length. For dining tables the chandelier is typically set 750-850mm above the table surface, which determines the chain length needed based on ceiling height.
