Description
The Knightsbridge multimedia combination plate combines a 2-gang 13A DP switched socket with a blanked aperture that accepts up to four 25 x 50mm Euro module inserts. The plate is finished in anthracite with a black insert behind the screwless faceplate, providing power and signal distribution from a single wall position.
Designed for AV installations, home offices and media walls where multiple connection types converge in one location, the plate allows the installer to populate the four module spaces with any combination of Knightsbridge Euro modules including HDMI, satellite, Ethernet, USB charging, phone/data, speaker terminals or blanking plates. The 2-gang socket handles 13A loads per outlet with dual-pole switching that isolates both live and neutral when off.
The 180 x 147.5mm plate is built from premium-grade steel with an anthracite powder-coated finish that provides a neutral dark grey tone. The screwless cover clips onto a separate metal sub-frame fixed to the back box, hiding all fixings once installed. The 21.2mm recessed depth plus 4.5mm projection requires a back box of at least 35mm depth when fully populated with modules and wiring. The IP20 rating suits dry indoor locations including living rooms, bedrooms and offices but not bathrooms or outdoor positions.

Frequently Asked
What Euro modules are compatible?
The four module spaces accept any standard 25 x 50mm Euro modules from the Knightsbridge range including HDMI, satellite F-type, Ethernet RJ45, USB charging, phone/data RJ11, speaker terminals and blanking plates. Modules are sold separately and snap into the aperture from the front once the plate is installed.
What back box depth is needed?
A minimum 35mm back box depth is required when the plate is fully populated with modules and cabling. The plate itself has a 21.2mm recessed depth plus 4.5mm front projection. Shallow back boxes may work if only one or two modules are fitted with minimal cable dressing.
Can the plate be used in bathrooms?
No. The IP20 rating is suitable for dry indoor locations only. Bathrooms require IP44-rated accessories in zones 1 and 2, and IP65 for outdoor use.
What finish options are available in this range?
Knightsbridge produces this multimedia combination plate style in polished chrome, brushed chrome, polished brass, antique brass, matt black, white and anthracite. Use the search function or filters to find other variants in stock at Niori.
