The Mogano 1 is a single pendant light with a wide, shallow domed shade made of steel. It is finished in black on the outside and copper on the inside. It hangs from a slim black cord beneath a neat round ceiling canopy, and it stands 110cm tall overall with a shade 40cm across, a generous size that gives a room a clear centre. It takes one E27 bulb of up to 60W, and the bulb is not included, so you can pick the bulb style and light colour you prefer. Its IP20 rating settles where it belongs: indoors, in the living spaces of your home.

Hung above a dining table, it sends the light down through its open underside onto the surface, while the copper lining gives the inside of the shade a warm glow. It suits a dining room, a living room, a bedroom or a hallway with good ceiling height, and the black exterior sits comfortably against grey, white or soft neutral walls.
