Description

The Micron is a 24cm LED table lamp built around a double-shade construction: an inner acrylic cylinder with embedded air bubbles sits inside an outer oval-shaped mesh cage in gold-toned metal. An integrated 5W 3000K LED sits inside the acrylic core, casting 450lm of warm light through both the bubble acrylic and the gold mesh, creating a sparkling, layered glow. The lamp sits on a polished chrome cylindrical base.

Designed for nightstands, side tables and narrow console surfaces where width is limited, the Micron's 13cm diameter footprint fits spaces that cannot accommodate a larger shade. The gold mesh cage provides decorative interest without blocking sightlines, while the bubble acrylic diffuses the LED source evenly so the lamp produces ambient light rather than a harsh central point. The 24cm height positions the light source just below typical eye level when seated.

The chrome base and gold mesh finish pair with contemporary, glam and transitional interiors where mixed metallics are already in use. The outer mesh cage is fixed and cannot be rotated or removed once assembled. The bubble acrylic inner shade softens the LED source and adds texture when the lamp is lit, turning the acrylic itself into a secondary diffuser. At 0.78kg the lamp has enough weight to remain stable on soft furnishings without needing to be anchored.

The 5W LED is integrated into the lamp assembly. It is not user-replaceable. The LED is rated for approximately 25,000 hours of use at 3000K and 450lm output.

Can the lamp be dimmed?

What surfaces is the Micron suitable for?
