The Mercury BCA euro converter plug converts 2-pin euro plugs to UK 3-pin outlets with a built-in 3A fuse for overload protection. The white thermoplastic housing accepts standard euro 2-pin plugs (Type C) and fits UK 13A sockets, allowing continental European devices to be used on UK mains power.

Designed for low-draw appliances and devices up to 3A (690W at 230V), the converter suits phone chargers, laptop power supplies, electric toothbrushes, hair clippers and similar small electronics originally sold for European markets. The 3A fuse protects both the connected device and the building's wiring from current overload.
