Description

The Mercury is a 1-gang extension lead with a 3m white cable, a 13A UK 3-pin plug at one end and a single 13A socket at the other. The plug is rewireable, allowing the cable to be replaced or repaired if the outer sheath is damaged, rather than discarding the entire lead. The extension conforms to BS1363/A, the British Standard for 13A plugs, socket-outlets and adaptors.

Designed for temporary additional socket capacity in homes, offices and workshops where a fixed wall socket is too far from the appliance. The 3m cable length suits most room layouts, reaching from skirting-board sockets to desks, bedside tables, kitchen worktops or floor-standing appliances without excess cable coiled on the floor.
