Description

This stoneware dinner plate is covered edge to edge in yellow leaf branches, set in close vertical rows across the whole top surface and framed by a thin contrasting rim line. At 25.5cm across and 3cm tall, it is a proper dinner plate size, wide enough for a full main course, with a gently raised edge that curves up from a flat centre. It is made of 100% stoneware and weighs 0.9KG, a solid, substantial weight for a plate you will reach for every day.

It suits everyday meals at the kitchen table just as well as a weekend lunch or a relaxed supper with friends, where the leaf pattern brings plenty of colour. Because it is microwave safe, leftovers can be reheated straight on it, and because it is oven safe it can sit in a low oven to warm before serving. Stoneware holds heat well, so a warmed plate is a kind welcome for a hot dinner.
