Description

The Maddison is a 60cm diameter crystal chandelier with eight G9 bulb fittings arranged around a circular polished chrome frame, from which rectangular and square-cut crystal pieces hang in tiered layers. The crystals are precision-cut with faceted edges to catch and refract light from the bulbs, creating prism effects across surrounding walls and ceilings when lit.

Designed for dining rooms, living rooms and entrance halls with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, the Maddison provides both ambient and decorative lighting. The adjustable drop ranges from 540mm minimum to 1900mm maximum, allowing the chandelier to be positioned 700-900mm above a dining table or lower into a double-height entrance hall. The eight G9 bulbs (sold separately) can be fitted with dimmable LED capsules to adjust brightness from full output for dining and task lighting to lower levels for evening ambience.

The polished chrome frame provides a high-shine reflective finish that amplifies light output and pairs with both warm and cool colour schemes. The rectangular crystal droplets are arranged in concentric tiers that taper towards the base, giving the chandelier a waterfall profile when viewed from the side. At 8kg, the fitting requires a secure ceiling mount rated for the combined weight of the frame, crystals and bulbs, and the polished chrome canopy conceals the ceiling rose and cable entry point.

How are the crystals cleaned?

Switch off the power and allow bulbs to cool fully. Wipe each crystal piece individually with a dry microfibre cloth. For deeper cleaning, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the crystals or allowing water to reach the metal frame or bulb sockets.
