Description

The LumiLife 600x1200mm LED panel light is a CCT-adjustable ceiling-recessed fitting delivering 6000 lumens from an integrated 60W LED array. A switchable driver allows the colour temperature to be set to 3000K warm white, 4000K neutral white or 6500K daylight white during installation, giving flexibility to match the light output to the room function without needing to stock multiple SKUs.

Designed for suspended ceiling grids in offices, retail spaces, schools, hospitals and other commercial environments, the 600x1200mm footprint fits standard modular ceiling tiles. The backlit LED panel distributes light evenly across the diffuser surface, producing a UGR rating below 19 to minimise glare on computer screens and reduce eye strain during prolonged work. The non-flicker driver provides stable output on 240V AC mains without the rapid cycling that can cause headaches or visual discomfort.

The panel housing is constructed from TP(a) flame-rated thermoplastic with a white powder-coated aluminium frame. At 6.56kg the fitting is light enough for single-person ceiling installation into a typical T-bar grid system. The 120-degree beam angle provides broad coverage suitable for general ambient lighting rather than directional task lighting. The integrated LED is rated for up to 50,000 hours of operation, equating to approximately 11 years at 12 hours per day use before needing replacement.

The IP20 rating restricts the panel to dry internal environments only — it is not suitable for bathrooms, wet rooms or outdoor canopies. The energy rating of E reflects the balance between lumen output and power consumption relative to current EU standards. How is the colour temperature changed?

The CCT is set using a switch on the driver during installation. The panel can be set to 3000K warm white, 4000K neutral white or 6500K daylight white. Once installed and powered on, the colour temperature remains fixed at the selected setting and cannot be changed without removing the panel and accessing the driver again.

What ceiling grid does it fit?

The 600x1200mm footprint is designed for standard modular suspended ceiling grids with T-bar spacing at 600mm centres. The panel sits into the grid framework in place of a standard ceiling tile.

Is it dimmable?

No. The driver is non-dimmable and the panel operates at full output whenever powered. For applications requiring dimming, a different model with a dimmable driver would be needed.

Can it be used in a bathroom?

No. The IP20 rating means the panel has no protection against moisture ingress and is only suitable for dry internal environments. Bathrooms require fittings rated IP44 or higher depending on the zone.
