Description

The Knightsbridge Lumi is a 600x600mm backlit LED panel light delivering 4,385lm from a 30W integrated LED at 4000K cool white. The panel fits standard 600x600mm ceiling grid systems with 15mm or 25mm T-bar profiles, making it a direct replacement for older T8 and T5 modular fluorescent luminaires in commercial, education and office environments.

Designed for recessed installation in suspended ceiling grids, the 25mm-deep aluminium panel sits flush with the grid line once fitted. The backlit construction places the LED source around the perimeter of the panel behind a Tp(a)-rated diffuser, which distributes light evenly across the 595x595mm visible face with minimal glare. The 110° beam angle provides wide-area coverage suitable for open-plan offices, retail spaces, corridors and classrooms.

The panel operates on 230V mains via a constant-current driver housed within the aluminium frame. At 140lm/W efficacy the fitting provides high output for its power draw, reducing energy costs compared to fluorescent equivalents. The IP40 rating and Class II construction allow use in dry indoor environments without earthing requirements. The panel is non-dimmable and carries a 5-year manufacturer warranty.

Optional accessories available separately include a 3-hour emergency battery pack, surface-mount kit for solid ceilings, suspension kit for exposed-cable installation, and recessed mounting clips for gridless ceiling applications.

No. The integrated LED and constant-current driver are non-dimmable. The panel operates at full 4,385lm output whenever switched on.

What ceiling grids does it fit?

The panel fits standard 600x600mm suspended ceiling grids with either 15mm or 25mm T-bar profiles. The 595x595mm actual dimension allows clearance for fitting and removal within the grid aperture.
