Description

This is a wide, low stoneware bowl, 24cm across and 10.5cm tall, with a raised relief covering the whole of its outside. Small fan-shaped motifs crowd together across the surface, and the rim follows them in a soft, wavy line rather than a clean circle. The electroplated finish gives the white surface a pearly sheen that catches light across every ridge, while the inside is smooth with a gentle dimpled ripple. It holds 1750ml and weighs 1.38KG, so it sits steady on a table and feels substantial in the hands.
