Description

The Lmaga is an indoor planter made from iron, 40cm tall and 43cm across the body, with an opening 32cm wide. Grooves run round the outside in an even repeat, pressed into the metal once the form is welded up, and the whole piece is then finished in a dark patina.

At 43cm across and 40cm tall this is a floor-standing planter rather than one for a shelf or a windowsill. It stands beside a chair or in the corner of a room, and the height carries the foliage of a tall plant up clear of a low table. The 32cm opening takes a plant still in its nursery pot, so the pot can come out for watering and go back in.

The planter is iron throughout. The Lmaga is made in two sizes, this one and a smaller one 30cm tall and 33cm across. Neither the plant nor an inner pot is included.

Frequently Asked

Can I plant straight into it?

It is not made for that. Keep the plant in an inner pot and stand that inside the Lmaga. Plants that want only light watering or a spray suit it best.

How wide is the opening?

32cm across, against 43cm at the widest point of the body.

What size is the smaller one?

30cm tall and 33cm across, with a 26cm opening.

Is it an indoor planter?

Yes. It is made for indoor use.

How do I look after it?

Wash it down with warm water and a mild dish soap from time to time and do not leave it to soak. Keep harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners away from the patina.
