Description

This is a small table lamp made entirely of iron, in beige, that runs from its own rechargeable battery rather than from a wall socket. It stands 28cm tall, 15cm long and 13.5cm wide, with a shade 15cm across and 11.4cm tall held on a slim stem above a round base. It takes an LED of up to 4.5W, and the bulb comes with it, as does the lithium battery, so once it has been charged it is ready to use. At 0.9KG it is easy to lift and carry from one table to another, while the iron gives it a steady footing.

Because it needs no socket while it is lit, it suits the places a plug cannot easily reach: the middle of a dining table, a side table beside the sofa, a bedside away from the wall, a bookshelf or the corner of a desk.
