Description

The Leana is a 65cm crystal chandelier with six E14 bulb positions arranged on curved arms radiating from a central column. Beaded crystal strands run along each arm and down the centre, while cut crystal droplets and pendalogues hang beneath each lampholder. The frame is finished in satin nickel, a low-sheen metal finish that sits between polished chrome and brushed nickel in reflectivity.

Designed for dining rooms, bedrooms and entrance halls with ceiling heights of 2.5m or above, the Leana provides decorative and ambient light across a 3-4m table or a similar floor area. The adjustable drop ranges from 840mm to 1840mm, allowing the chandelier to be positioned at the correct height above a table surface or to suit a double-height ceiling. The six lampholders take standard E14 candle bulbs (sold separately), with a maximum 60W per bulb. Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific bulb chosen.

The beaded crystal strands and cut droplets are arranged to catch and scatter light without creating dense coverage, so the chandelier adds sparkle without obscuring the ceiling above. The satin nickel frame has a brushed appearance that reduces fingerprints during installation and pairs with both warm and cool metal tones in a room. At 5.9kg the chandelier requires secure ceiling fixings and a compatible ceiling rose rated for the weight.

What bulbs does the Leana take?

The chandelier takes six E14 candle bulbs, each up to 60W maximum. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users fit 4-6W LED candle bulbs in warm white (2700K-3000K) for ambient dining room or bedroom lighting.

Is it dimmable?

The chandelier itself is compatible with dimming, but you must fit dimmable bulbs and pair them with a compatible dimmer switch. LED bulbs vary in dimmer compatibility, so check the bulb specification before purchasing.

What ceiling height is needed?

The minimum drop of 840mm plus the 65cm diameter means the chandelier suits rooms with ceiling heights of 2.5m or above when positioned over a table. For higher ceilings the drop can be extended up to 1840mm during installation.

How is the crystal cleaned?

Switch off the power and allow bulbs to cool. Wipe each crystal droplet and strand with a dry microfibre cloth. For stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but do not spray liquid directly onto the chandelier or soak the metal frame.
