Description
The Knightsbridge 4-gang modular faceplate provides a white ABS frame accepting up to four 25x50mm euro modules, two 50x50mm euro modules, or a combination of both sizes. The faceplate acts as the mounting frame for custom AV, data, HDMI, USB, telephone and coaxial installations where standard pre-configured faceplates do not match the required configuration.
Designed for home cinema installations, office data points, and hospitality AV setups, the modular faceplate allows installers to build a bespoke outlet panel using only the connection types needed for that specific location. The 147mm width and 86mm height match standard UK double-gang wall box dimensions, fitting directly onto a 25mm or 35mm back box depending on which euro modules are fitted. The white finish pairs with standard white electrical accessories across residential and commercial settings.
The faceplate itself is constructed from ABS thermoplastic with a smooth matt finish and two visible screw fixings at top and bottom. Euro modules (sold separately) clip into the apertures from the front, with terminal connections made at the rear before the faceplate is screwed to the back box. The IP20 rating suits indoor dry-location use. Knightsbridge manufactures a wide range of euro modules including HDMI, CAT6 data, USB charging, coaxial TV, satellite F-type, and RCA phono inserts.

Frequently Asked
What euro modules does this faceplate accept?
The faceplate accepts any standard euro modules in 25x50mm or 50x50mm sizes. You can fit four 25x50mm modules, two 50x50mm modules, or a mix of both (e.g. two 25x50mm plus one 50x50mm). Euro modules are sold separately and include HDMI, CAT6 data, USB charging, coaxial TV, satellite F-type, and telephone inserts from Knightsbridge.
What back box depth is required?
The minimum back box depth depends on which euro modules you install. Most standard euro modules need a 25mm back box, but deeper modules (particularly those with thicker cables like HDMI or coaxial) may require a 35mm or 47mm box. Check the specification of your chosen euro modules before selecting a back box.
Is this a screwless faceplate?
No. The faceplate uses visible screw fixings at the top and bottom to secure it to the back box. The screws are positioned outside the euro module apertures.
Can I use this outdoors?
No. The IP20 rating means this faceplate is suitable only for indoor dry locations. For outdoor or bathroom installations, a higher IP-rated enclosure is required.
