Description

This is our Hinoki Sage reed diffuser: a clear glass bottle holding 88.7ml of scented liquid, with reeds that stand well above it. The bottle is low and squat, widening towards a broad base and sloping in at the shoulders to a short neck finished with a rounded collar. At 8cm across and 7cm tall it is a compact diffuser that asks for little surface, and at 0.34KG it is easy to lift when you dust. The reeds measure 23cm, so most of the height comes from them rather than the glass, and because the bottle is clear you can check how much liquid is left at a glance.

Because the footprint is so small, it suits the places a larger diffuser would crowd: a bedside table, a narrow hall shelf, the corner of a desk or a bathroom shelf. We like it on a dining table or sideboard too, where the reeds add a little height without blocking the view across the room. It works without a flame or a plug, so there is nothing to light or switch on; you simply enjoy the scent as you pass.
