Description

This Knightsbridge grid switch cover is a replacement rocker for 16mm modular grid switches, pre-printed with the word 'MICROWAVE' in raised lettering on a matt black ABS face. The rocker clips onto the metal mechanism of a compatible grid switch without tools, replacing the existing blank cover with a designated label.

Designed for kitchen installations where multiple appliances are controlled from a single grid switch plate, the marked cover identifies which switch controls the microwave circuit. This is particularly useful in kitchens with 4-gang or 6-gang grid plates controlling a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and other fixed appliances. The rocker fits standard Knightsbridge Grid Plus 16mm mechanisms and other compatible modular grid systems.

The matt black finish provides a low-sheen surface that resists fingerprints and blends with contemporary and industrial kitchen colour schemes. The rocker measures 33mm high by 16mm wide with a 6.8mm projection from the faceplate once fitted. ABS construction with a steel clip mechanism gives the cover durability under repeated switching, and the IP20 rating confirms it is suitable for dry interior locations. Knightsbridge backs the cover with a 25-year warranty.
