Description

This Knightsbridge grid switch cover is a replacement rocker marked 'DISHWASHER' in black nickel finish, designed to fit modular grid switching systems. The rocker measures 33mm high by 16mm wide with a 6.8mm projection from the grid plate, and clips directly onto a standard grid switch module to replace a blank or existing rocker.

Designed for kitchen installations where appliance circuits are controlled through a grid system rather than individual switches, the pre-printed labelling removes the need for adhesive labels or handwritten markers. The rocker fits Knightsbridge's own grid modules and is compatible with most UK modular grid systems that use standard rocker dimensions. Installation requires no tools — the existing rocker pulls off the switch module and the new one clips into place.

The black nickel finish is a dark gunmetal tone with a semi-reflective surface, sitting between polished chrome and matt black in appearance. The construction combines ABS polymer for the rocker body with a steel spring clip on the reverse that secures the rocker to the module. The IP20 rating suits dry indoor locations and the 25-year warranty covers the finish and mechanical function of the rocker clip.

The rocker fits Knightsbridge grid modules and most UK modular grid systems that use standard 33mm x 16mm rocker dimensions. If you have an existing grid system in place, check the rocker size before ordering.

Can I change the rocker without re-wiring?

Yes. The rocker clips onto the front of the switch module without affecting the wiring behind it. Pull the existing rocker off and clip the new one into place — no electrical work required.
