Description

This is a set of 3 hanging Christmas decorations, each one a jolly red Santa made from wool and polyester with a polyester filling. No two are posed alike: one stands with a wrapped parcel held high and a second parcel tied at his foot, one hangs upside down by his feet, and the third swoops sideways as though diving for the gift above him. Each decoration measures 6cm long, 5.5cm wide and 17cm tall, a size that reads clearly on a tree without crowding the branches, and each hangs from its own string loop.

They belong on the Christmas tree first of all, where the three poses look as though the Santas are clambering through the branches. They work just as well strung along a mantelpiece garland, tied to an indoor wreath, or hung from bare twigs in a vase on a hall table or sideboard. Because the set gives you three different figures, you can spread them across a tree at different heights so each pose catches the eye. They also make a cheerful addition to a wrapped present: loop one around the ribbon and the decoration becomes part of the gift. Anyone who loves a traditional Father Christmas will find a place for them.

The figures are made from wool and polyester with a polyester filling, so each Santa is plump and rounded rather than flat, and the finish is colour-dyed.
