Description

This woven throw is made for the Christmas months, patterned all over with fir sprigs in two tones of beige. It is 160cm long and 130cm wide, a generous size for one person to wrap up in on the sofa, or to lay across the foot of a bed. The cloth is a blend of 50% cotton, 33% polyester, 12% viscose and 5% acrylic, and at 1KG it has a reassuring weight in the hand without being bulky to fold away. Turn back a corner and the pattern swaps its tones on the reverse, so either face can sit uppermost.

The fir motif and the calm beige make it a natural fit for December, when the living room becomes the place everyone gathers. Drape it over the arm of a sofa or the back of an armchair, keep it folded in a basket by the fire for chilly evenings, or spread it over a reading chair tucked into the corner of a room.
