Description

This is a pair of round stoneware bowls, each 13cm across and 6cm tall, with a capacity of 380ml. That is a small bowl size: right for a portion of yoghurt, a pudding or a side of salad rather than a main meal. The two bowls carry different multicoloured floral patterns, one with large blooms among leaves and the other with a dense scatter of smaller flowers, so the set gives you one size in two characters. The decoration runs over the inside as well as the outside, and the rim curls in a gentle wave all the way round.

Set them out at breakfast for fruit and yoghurt, use them for olives, nuts or crisps when friends come for drinks, or bring them in with a dessert after dinner.
