The Epifano is a wall-mounted LED flood light with a black aluminium body and a broad, rectangular white plastic diffuser with softly rounded corners. It measures 24.5cm long, 17.6cm wide and 22.4cm high, and weighs 1.07KG. The light source is an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change. It gives out 12,000lm, a serious amount of light for a drive, yard or garden. With an IP65 rating it is sealed against dust and protected from jets of water, so it belongs outdoors on a house wall, rain or shine.

Flood lights earn their place where you need to see clearly after dark: above a garage door, beside the front door, along a side passage or over a patio. Mounted high on the wall, the panel throws its light across the ground, so arriving home, putting the bins out or finding the keys becomes far easier on a winter evening. The bracket is adjustable, letting you angle the head towards the area that matters most, whether that is the driveway or the back garden. The clean, rectangular shape and black housing sit quietly against modern brick, render or cladding, so the light looks tidy by day as well as useful by night.

The body is aluminium, a light metal that does not rust. The white plastic diffuser spreads the light from the LEDs into an even glow rather than harsh points of light. The colour temperature is given as 3000K, 4000K and 6500K, running from a warm white to a crisp, cool daylight white. It runs on 220-240V, 50/60Hz mains and carries an energy class of D.
