Description

The Duceri flush mount bracket kit converts the ESP EMST3WMSDL emergency downlight from surface-mount to flush-fit ceiling installation. The kit consists of a white rectangular frame measuring 285mm wide by 305mm high, designed to sit flush against the ceiling surface and provide a clean surround for the downlight unit.

Intended for commercial, retail and public building installations where flush-mount emergency lighting is required by building regulations or preferred for visual consistency with the ceiling grid, the bracket eliminates the surface-mount projection of the standard EMST3WMSDL fitting. The frame fixes to the ceiling via the four corner mounting points and the emergency downlight unit clips into the centre aperture once the bracket is secured.

The white powder-coated finish matches standard white ceilings and integrates with suspended ceiling tiles or plasterboard surfaces. At 0.16kg net weight the bracket adds minimal load to the ceiling fixing, and the 95mm depth accommodates the rear housing of the EMST3WMSDL unit without requiring additional ceiling void clearance beyond what the downlight itself needs.

This bracket kit is designed specifically for the ESP EMST3WMSDL self-test emergency downlight. It is not compatible with other emergency lighting models or non-ESP downlights.

What ceiling void depth is required?

The bracket itself adds 95mm depth, but the total void clearance required depends on the rear housing of the EMST3WMSDL downlight unit that sits within the bracket. Refer to the EMST3WMSDL datasheet for complete installation clearance requirements.

Does the kit include fixings?

The kit includes the white flush-mount frame. Ceiling fixings (screws, rawlplugs or toggle bolts) depend on the ceiling substrate and must be selected to suit plasterboard, concrete or suspended ceiling tile installations. Refer to the Product Manual for recommended fixing types.

Can this be used with suspended ceiling grids?

Yes. The 285mm x 305mm frame dimension allows the bracket to sit within standard 600mm x 600mm ceiling tile grids, though the tile may need to be cut to accommodate the aperture. Check local fire regulations regarding ceiling tile modifications around emergency lighting.
