This hand-made Christmas candle counts you down to the big day. It is a tall, slim pillar in paraffin wax, dip-dyed in three bands that run from light at the top to dark at the base, with the numbers 1 to 24 printed in a single column down one side. Each number stands for a day of December, so the candle marks the days from the first of the month to Christmas Eve.
