Description

This Knightsbridge rocker cover is a replaceable white module for Curved Edge grid switches, laser-printed with 'FRIDGE FREEZER' to mark dedicated kitchen appliance circuits. The rocker is moulded from thermoset resin and measures 30.6mm high by 15.9mm wide, fitting any standard Curved Edge grid frame.

Designed for residential and commercial kitchens where grid switching systems control multiple appliances from a single bank of switches, the rocker allows each circuit to be clearly labelled. The cover clips onto the grid switch module and can be removed and replaced without rewiring, making it simple to reassign circuits or replace worn labels over time.

The white finish coordinates with the wider Knightsbridge Curved Edge range, which includes grid frames in white, brushed chrome, polished chrome, antique brass and other finishes. The thermoset resin construction carries antimicrobial properties tested to ISO 22196:2011, which helps reduce bacterial growth on frequently-touched surfaces in food preparation areas. Knightsbridge backs the rocker cover with a 25-year warranty.

Is this rocker compatible with all Knightsbridge switches?

No. This rocker is designed exclusively for the Knightsbridge Curved Edge grid system. It will not fit standard UK switches, screw-fixed plates, or other grid ranges.

Can the rocker be removed and replaced?

Yes. The rocker clips onto the grid switch module and can be removed without rewiring. This allows you to swap rocker labels if you reassign circuits or need to replace a damaged cover.

What does the antimicrobial property do?

The thermoset resin is treated with an antimicrobial additive that reduces bacterial growth on the surface. This is particularly useful in kitchens where switches are frequently touched during food preparation. The antimicrobial performance is tested to ISO 22196:2011.
