Description

The Cluster is a 70cm x 45cm rectangular ceiling canopy in a white finish, designed to feed up to seven pendant lights from a single ceiling fixing point. The canopy body is metal with a slim 4.2cm depth, and the seven outlet positions are distributed asymmetrically across the underside to allow pendants to be hung at varied positions rather than in a regular grid.

Used as the base plate for a multi-pendant cluster, the canopy suits installations over dining tables, kitchen islands, stairwells and reception desks where several pendants need to drop from one location. The rectangular footprint works particularly well above long tables and islands of 1.6m or more, where the 70cm length distributes the pendants along the axis of the surface below rather than concentrating them in a single round cluster.

Each pendant cable can be set to a different drop length on installation, allowing the cluster to be staggered at varied heights to suit the ceiling height and the surface beneath. The white finish acts as a neutral background against white or light-coloured ceilings, keeping visual attention on the pendants themselves rather than the canopy. The 4.2cm depth keeps the canopy close to the ceiling line and avoids the bulk of deeper junction housings.
