Description

The Citronic SpectraBox is a 240W multicolour LED stage blinder built to throw out a wide range of moving effects, strobes and washes. It packs 960 high output SMD5050 LEDs, with 864 RGB and 96 white, so you can mix solid colours or run bright white blinder hits across a crowd. Whether you're lighting a small club, a mobile disco or a live stage, it gives you plenty of output from a single fixture.

Setup is quick. You can run it from the integrated automatic and sound to light programs, both of which can be tuned to suit the room using the extra speed and strobe settings. When you want tighter control, there are four DMX modes to pick from at 4, 11, 32 or 39 channels, so you can match the fixture to a simple desk or a full lighting rig. Master/slave, RDM and a strobe range of 1 to 30Hz round out the control options.

Build quality is solid throughout. The all metal chassis and twist and lock power connections give it a professional feel, and the premium fan cooling keeps things running reliably through long sets. Power in and out uses twist and lock connectors, while DMX in and out run on 3-pin XLR, so daisy chaining several units is straightforward. A mounting bracket and thumbscrews are supplied, and at 3.6kg it's easy to rig on a stand or truss.
