Description

The Cesto is a 600mm crystal chandelier built around a polished chrome basket frame filled with 40mm faceted crystal spheres arranged in overlapping layers. Ten G9 bulb fittings sit within the sphere basket, each casting light through and around the crystal arrangement. The polished chrome frame gives high reflectivity, amplifying the refractive effect of each crystal sphere when the chandelier is lit.

Designed for dining rooms, entrance halls and medium-sized living rooms with ceiling heights between 2.6m and 3.2m, the Cesto provides both ambient and decorative light. The drop is adjustable between 880mm and 1700mm on installation, allowing the chandelier to be positioned 700-900mm above a dining table or lower in double-height spaces. The 600mm diameter works over tables seating 6-8 people without overwhelming the table width, and the 19.5kg weight requires secure fixing to a reinforced ceiling rose or joist.

Each of the ten G9 fittings accepts bulbs up to 33W (sold separately), and the chandelier is fully dimmable when paired with dimmable G9 LED or halogen bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. The polished chrome finish shows fingerprints during installation, so handle the frame with clean cotton gloves and wipe down with a microfibre cloth before first use. The crystal spheres are individually hung and can be removed for cleaning or rearranged if any become loose during shipping.

The polished chrome frame can be wiped with a soft cloth dampened with glass cleaner, dried immediately to prevent water marks.
