Description

Our Calen bowl is a shallow stoneware bowl, 17cm across and 5cm tall, decorated with a pattern that radiates from the rim inwards. The blue is deepest at the edge and pales in fine streaks toward the centre, so the middle of the bowl stays light and keeps the food centre stage. A fine darker line finishes the rim, and the outside is kept plain, which saves the pattern for the inside, where the eye falls first. It weighs 0.412KG, a comfortable heft for a bowl you will reach for every day.
