Description
The Belvedere is a single-tier buffet stand built from an aged gold metal frame supporting a white Banswara marble platform 27.5cm in diameter. Four arched ribs rise from a circular base ring with ball feet to meet at a turned finial handle at the top, forming a cage that holds the marble disc in place. The metal finish has a distressed patina giving visible darker tones through the gold surface.
Designed for food service displays in hospitality, dining rooms and event settings, the stand lifts cakes, pastries, cheese boards and canapés to table height for easier access and visual presentation. The marble platform sits raised from the surface by the frame's ball feet, creating a floating effect that draws attention to whatever sits on the disc. The 26.3cm overall height places the serving surface at a comfortable reach for standing or seated guests.
The white Banswara marble shows natural grey veining typical of Indian white marble and provides a cool-toned contrast to the warm aged gold metalwork. Each marble disc will show different vein patterns depending on the section of stone it was cut from. The 2.88kg weight gives the stand stability under loaded platters without requiring a heavy base footprint. The smooth marble surface wipes clean with a damp cloth after use.
The Belvedere collection includes two-tier and multi-tier versions of this circular buffet stand design, allowing matched sets for tiered food displays or mixed heights across a buffet table.

Frequently Asked
What can the stand hold?
The 27.5cm marble platform accommodates serving platters, cake stands, cheese boards, canapé arrangements and decorative centrepieces up to approximately 25cm diameter. The 2.88kg weight and ball-footed base provide stability under typical buffet loads.
Does the marble vary between pieces?
Yes. Each disc is cut from natural Banswara marble, so the grey veining and tonal variation differ between individual stands. This is a characteristic of natural stone, not a defect.
How is the marble cleaned?
Wipe the marble platform with a damp cloth and mild detergent after use, then dry immediately. Marble is porous and can stain if acidic foods or liquids are left on the surface, so clean spills promptly.
Are other tiers available?
Yes. The Belvedere collection includes two-tier and multi-tier versions of this circular stand design, allowing matched sets for tiered food displays. Use the search function or filters to find other variants in stock at Niori.
