Description

The Bano is a 115cm linear suspension light with an integrated 40W LED strip housed inside a French gold rectangular frame, from which cascading crystal strands hang in a graduated curtain. The 1150mm x 110mm frame sits horizontally on two adjustable cables, and the crystal strands drop between 300-400mm from the lower edge of the frame, creating a glittering curtain beneath the light source.

Designed for kitchen islands, dining tables and reception areas where linear overhead lighting is needed with decorative presence, the Bano works in spaces with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above. The drop is adjustable from 340mm to 1830mm on installation, allowing the fitting to be positioned 700-900mm above a dining table or kitchen worktop depending on ceiling height. The 4000K cool white LED produces 4200 lumens across a 120-degree beam angle, providing even task light along the length of the fixture while the crystal strands below catch and refract the light into prismatic patterns.

The French gold finish on the metal frame reads as a soft brushed gold with a warm tone, pairing comfortably with brass hardware, warm timber and marble surfaces. Each crystal strand is individually faceted and hung at slightly different lengths to create a natural cascading effect rather than a rigid grid. The integrated LED is dimmable when paired with a compatible LED dimmer (sold separately), allowing the light level to be adjusted for dining ambience or full task brightness. The 4kg weight requires secure ceiling fixing to a joist or suitable ceiling anchor.
