Description

The Bano is a 115cm linear suspension light built around two horizontal chrome frames arranged in parallel tiers, each supporting rows of cascading precision-cut crystal strands. An integrated 65W LED sits within the upper tier, casting 5500 lumens of 4000K cool white light through and around the crystals, which refract the output into multiple directions across the room. The polished chrome frame amplifies the light by reflecting it back through the crystal curtain.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and open-plan living areas with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above, the Bano works as both ambient and decorative lighting. The 1150mm length suits tables of 1.8-2.4m, while the 320mm width keeps the fitting visually light without dominating the ceiling plane. The adjustable suspension drops from 510mm to 2020mm, allowing the chandelier to be positioned 700-900mm above a dining surface or kitchen worktop depending on room height. The two-tier structure gives depth without excessive vertical projection, making it compatible with standard residential ceilings.

Each crystal strand is cut to a slightly different length, creating a graduated curtain effect that catches and diffuses light at multiple points as it passes through the layers. The cool white 4000K output provides clear task lighting over work surfaces and eating areas, while the crystal refraction softens the directional beam into a distributed wash. The dimmable LED integrates with mains dimmers, allowing the output to be adjusted from full 5500lm down to a low ambient setting for evening use.
