Description

This is a shallow stoneware bowl, 18.5cm across and 5cm tall, with a capacity of 350ml. Its blue reactive glaze is what makes it: the colour gathers at the rim and runs inward in fine streaks, fading to a paler, softly speckled centre. The rim follows an irregular, organic line rather than a perfect circle, and underneath, the bowl stands on small feet that lift it just clear of the table. It is made entirely of stoneware and weighs 0.498KG, solid in the hand without feeling heavy.
