Description

This stoneware plant pot has a character all its own: 18cm across and 19.5cm tall, with a grey stoneware body brushed with horizontal streaks of decoration. One side carries a folded seam running from rim to base, and the rim pinches in beside it, giving an irregular outline rather than a perfectly even one. The sides draw in slightly through the middle, which softens the form further. Stoneware is a dense, hard-wearing clay fired at high temperature, and at 1.37KG this pot has a reassuring weight in the hand.
