Description
The Knightsbridge 9-gang grid faceplate is a modular faceplate accepting up to nine euro module inserts for TV, HDMI, USB, data, telephone and audio connections. The antique brass finish is applied to premium-grade steel with a screwless cover plate that clips onto a separate metal sub-frame, leaving no visible fixings on the wall once installed.
Designed for media walls, AV zones, home offices and smart home installations where multiple connection types need consolidating into a single wall plate, the 9-gang configuration provides flexibility to mix socket types as needed. Euro modules (sold separately) clip into the rear grid, allowing the exact combination of HDMI, coax, RJ45, USB and other connections to be specified during installation. The 10.5mm depth sits flush to the wall when paired with a 25mm or deeper back box.
The antique brass finish has a warm, slightly aged patina that pairs with both traditional interiors and contemporary spaces using brass accents. The square-edge profile and screwless construction give a clean finish without the visual break of screw slots. Each faceplate carries a 25-year guarantee and an IP20 rating for standard indoor use. The 209.6mm height and 149.3mm width match standard triple-height modular grid dimensions.

Frequently Asked
What modules fit this faceplate?
The faceplate accepts standard euro module inserts (also called GridPro or grid modules) including HDMI, coax, RJ45 data, USB, audio, telephone and blank plates. Modules are sold separately and clip into the rear grid frame.
Is the screwless plate removable for painting?
Yes. The antique brass cover plate clips onto a separate metal sub-frame fixed to the back box. The cover can be removed for decorating and re-clipped without disturbing the wiring or module configuration.
What back box depth is required?
A 25mm minimum back box depth is needed for most euro module inserts. Deeper modules such as HDMI couplers or USB chargers may require 35mm or 47mm boxes — check the specific module requirements before installation.
Can this be used in bathrooms?
The IP20 rating means the faceplate is suitable for standard indoor use only, not wet zones. For bathrooms, select a grid faceplate with IP44 or higher rating depending on the zone.
