This 60° polycarbonate lens accessory fits the Knightsbridge POTHB2 high bay light, narrowing the beam spread from the standard 120° output to a more concentrated 60° pattern. The 267mm diameter clear lens clips into the POTHB2 housing, redirecting light downward for task zones, workbenches and aisles where higher centre-beam intensity is needed than the factory default provides.

Designed for warehouse, workshop and industrial environments where the POTHB2 is already installed, the lens allows beam customisation without replacing the entire fixture. The 60° beam angle suits mounting heights of 6-10m above floor level where a tighter pool of light is needed on a specific work area rather than broad ambient coverage. The lens does not reduce total lumen output — it redistributes the same light into a smaller footprint with higher intensity at the centre.

The polycarbonate construction withstands the heat generated by high-wattage LED high bays and resists impact damage during installation or accidental contact with lifting equipment. No. This lens is designed specifically for the Knightsbridge POTHB2 high bay. The 267mm diameter and mounting mechanism are matched to that fixture and will not fit other brands or models without modification.

The lens does not reduce total lumens — it redistributes the same light output into a narrower 60° beam instead of the standard 120° spread. This increases centre-beam intensity while reducing the width of the lit area on the floor.

What mounting height suits a 60° beam?
