Description
The Knightsbridge 6-gang grid faceplate provides six apertures for euro module inserts behind a screwless antique brass finish plate. Constructed from 201 stainless steel, the plate measures 148mm square with a 4mm projection from the wall once installed, giving a low-profile finish. The screwless cover clips onto a separate sub-frame, leaving no visible fixings on the wall surface.
Designed for media walls, AV installations, home office setups and smart home control panels, the 6-gang configuration allows custom combinations of HDMI, TV aerial, ethernet, USB, speaker terminals, or telecom modules within a single faceplate. The euro module system means individual inserts can be changed or upgraded without replacing the entire faceplate, making the plate adaptable to changing AV or data needs over time.
The antique brass finish is a mid-tone warm bronze with a lightly aged patina effect, achieved through a PVD coating over the stainless steel base. This gives the plate a softer, less reflective appearance than polished brass and pairs well with traditional interiors, period properties, and warm-toned contemporary schemes. The integrated gasket behind the plate ensures a flush fit to the wall and prevents the faceplate from rattling once clipped into position. The 25-year guarantee covers manufacturing defects and finish durability under normal residential and commercial use.

Frequently Asked
What modules does this faceplate accept?
The faceplate accepts standard euro module inserts (also called grid modules or MiniGrid modules). These include HDMI, TV aerial coax, ethernet RJ45, USB-A, USB-C, speaker terminals, phone/RJ11, satellite F-type and blank plates. Modules are sold separately and clip into the faceplate from behind.
What back box is required?
A 35mm minimum depth back box is needed, with the specific box type depending on the modules being installed. For AV and data modules, a 47mm twin back box is typically used. The faceplate itself requires a 148mm x 148mm wall aperture.
Is the screwless plate removable for decorating?
Yes. The antique brass cover plate clips onto a metal sub-frame that is screw-fixed to the back box. The cover can be removed for painting or wallpapering around the faceplate and re-clipped without disturbing the wiring or module configuration.
What other finishes are available in this range?
Knightsbridge produces the 6-gang grid faceplate in polished chrome, brushed chrome, matt black, polished brass and white, along with this antique brass. Use the search function or product filters to find other finishes in stock at Niori.
