Description

The Knightsbridge 50 x 50mm brush module provides a cable entry and exit point through walls, fitting euro-module faceplates and grid systems. A white ABS frame holds a dense brush insert that cables pass through, creating a barrier against dust and insects while maintaining a tidy appearance around the cable run.

Designed for wall-mounted TV installations, AV equipment, and cable management behind desks and entertainment units, the brush module conceals the cable entry point and prevents gaps around the cables. The 50 x 50mm footprint fits Knightsbridge's euro-module grid system, which allows multiple modules to be combined in a single faceplate. The module carries an IP20 rating, making it suitable for dry indoor locations only.

The white finish matches standard white electrical accessories and blends into painted walls. The ABS construction is impact-resistant and lightweight, and the brush insert is replaceable if it becomes compressed or damaged over time. The module must NOT be installed alongside power sockets in the same channel or faceplate due to the risk of hazardous voltage being accessible through the brush aperture. It is a cable management accessory only, not a safety barrier.

Can this be used alongside power sockets?

No. The module must NOT be installed in the same faceplate or channel as power sockets due to the risk of hazardous voltage being accessible through the brush aperture. It is a cable management accessory only.

What cables can pass through the brush?

The brush insert accommodates most standard AV and data cables including HDMI, coaxial, ethernet, speaker wire and power leads for low-voltage devices. Thicker cables or multiple bundled cables may compress the brush, but it will still provide dust and insect protection.

Is the brush insert replaceable?

Yes. If the brush becomes compressed or damaged, the insert can be replaced without replacing the entire module frame.

What faceplate does it fit?

The module fits Knightsbridge's euro-module grid system and any compatible 50 x 50mm euro-module faceplate. It can be combined with other non-powered modules in the same grid plate.
