Description

This E-Luminate 4.9W LED candle bulb delivers 470 lumens of 6500K daylight white light through a standard E27 Edison screw base, sold as a twin pack. The 6500K colour temperature replicates the crisp blue-white tone of natural daylight at midday, providing higher contrast and clarity than warmer bulbs in the same lumen output.

Designed for kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms and workspaces where task visibility matters more than ambient warmth, the bulb fits any standard E27 fitting including ceiling pendants, wall lights, table lamps and enclosed bathroom fittings rated IP44 or above. The 98mm height and 35mm diameter suit most candle-style shades and open pendants without the bulb protruding visibly below the shade lip.

The 4.9W power draw replaces a 40W incandescent bulb at roughly one-eighth the energy consumption, rated for approximately 15,000 hours of operation at typical domestic use patterns. The bulb is non-dimmable and will flicker or fail if paired with a dimmer switch, so should only be installed on standard switched circuits.
